It looks to me like the page cache for the thread didn't get invalidated. I was able to see the post by adding ?cachebust=1 to the url (to make it a different cache item.) It looks to me like an issue with caching server side, as it was still acting like this even when I force refreshed the page.

Is this the dm function?
